Shop Local Save Land Celebrates 10/10/10
at Gifford Pinchot's Grey Towers
Shop Local Save Land joined students from Delaware Valley High School at the annual Black Bear Film Festival EnviroFest to catch some environmentally-focused films and to take action with 188 counties around the world in the 10/10/10 Global Work Party to promote solutions to climate change.
EnviroFest is held at Grey Towers National Historic Site, the ancestral home of conservationist Gifford Pinchot, first Chief of the U.S. Forest Service and two-time Pennsylvania Governor.
The 10/10/10 festivities are part of Environmentalist Bill McKibben's 350.org movement.
