Shop Local, Save Land is an attractive, easy-to-use guide that connects local residents and visitors to our region to the farms, farmers markets, and farm stands that produce and sell fresh, healthy, and local foods.  Supporting our family farms and local agricultural businesses strengthens the small businesses of our local economy and invests us all in maintaining the beautiful agricultural lands so vital to our rural quality of life.  And when we shop local, we eat healthier, too!

The Shop Local, Save Land guide has grown tremendously since last year. The 20-page 2009 guide includes helpful information about farms, farmers’ markets and farm stands, and community gardens that produce and sell local agricultural products. It includes a keyed map for easy navigation.
